THIS ARTICLE WAS ORIGINALLY WRITTEN ON 18 FEBRUARY 2014 One of the presents that I got for my birthdaywas a model of the AugustaWestland AW1010 helicopter that featured in the climatic end scenes of Skyfall. Made by Italeri this die-cast model with some plastic parts is in 1/100 scale and is very detailed - especially when you consider it's small size. You can clearly see the Exit writing on the door! It was well worth the visit as we got to see lots of different vehicles from the Bond films, and I got to sit in the Aston Martin DBS from On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Since our visit the museum closed in 2011 and the cars have moved to the USA and now form part of The Dezer Collection at The Miami Auto Museum THIS ARTICLE WAS ORIGINALLY WRITTEN ON 27 AUGUST 2014 THIS ARTICLE WAS ORIGINALLY WRITTEN ON 23 JUNE 2015 Back in 2012 the the James Bond film series were finally going to be available on Blu-Ray. There was a special country-wide promotional tour to coincide with their release.
